Step-by-Step Instructions
IMPORTANT – Please read carefully and complete ALL steps below
STEP 1: COMPLETE AND SUBMIT ORDER FORM
- Fill out the Order Form with the number and type of lamps.
- Email, fax or call Robertson National Accounts Order Desk at 1-877-856-9311, with the Order Form details to receive your estimate.
STEP 2: PREPARE SPENT LAMPS
- Place your spent lamps back into the original manufacturer boxes.
- Fill out the Order Form with the number and type of lamps.
- Lamps MUST be removed from fixtures.
- Close all flaps and tape all openings to ensure the package is completely sealed shut.
- Don’t mix or tape lamps together.
- Store in dry area; badly damaged or wet boxes will not be accepted for transport.
- We do not recommend shipping partial boxes due to the increased risk of breakage.
- Stack similar sized boxes one on top of the other to help prevent breakage in transit.
- DO NOT stack higher than 66” (5.5 feet).
- Shrink wrap entire shipment including the skid to secure boxes for transport.
STEP 3: COMPLETE & AFFIX 1 LABEL TO EACH BOX
- Complete ALL sections of the label. Print clearly in ink or marker.
- Affix 1 label to each box covering product labels on the end of the box.
STEP 4: FINALIZE ORDER FOR PICK-UP
- Call Robertson’s National Account Order Desk at 1-877-856-9311.
- Provide final lamp count to complete the order.
- Robertson will arrange for pick-up and advise expected date/time.
NOTE:
- The Order must be finalized (step 4 above).
- The label must be fully completed and affixed to each box.
- Each box must be properly packaged and sealed.
- All Steps outlined above must be followed.
- If the above terms are not met, the courier may refuse your pick up and/or additional charges may apply.
The shipper is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations governing preparation and shipment of universal waste.
