Scope of the Position:

Robertson is currently looking for a customer care specialist who will demonstrate a strong interest in lighting and passionate about helping our customers with exceptional service. Having 1 year of lighting experience, the candidate must also be an enthusiastic individual who strives for excellence, shares our values, and exhibit great commitment as part of our National Project Team.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations, support and quotes to customer via email and phone
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in lighting products
• Provide product knowledge education to customers
• Daily entry of day-to-day lamp orders for our National Accounts customers
• Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
• Creating Quotes and processing orders/credit card payments
• Arrange recycling pick-ups and deliveries
• Retrieval of POD’S for customers
• Upload customer invoicing on different portal sites
• Order desk duties as required
• Any other duties assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the lighting industry
• Highly motivated and have the ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• A great team player with strong work ethics
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Takes care of all the customer queries and determine the appropriate solution
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of lamp technologies and desired lighting knowledge
