Replenishment Clerk

Scope of the Position

The Replenishment Clerk is responsible for the effective replenishment and allocation of inventory. The Replenishment Clerk will be responsible for bulk inventory breakouts for associate buyers. They will work closely with the inventory team to ensure proper in-stock levels. They are also responsible for any assigned housekeeping tasks and for carrying out any other duties assigned to them by the Inventory Manager.

Major Responsibilities

·      Responsible for replenishment & allocation of inventory

·      Work with Inventory Manager as needed to ensure proper in-stock levels and balancing sales to inventory ratio’s

·      Identifies unproductive inventory (i.e., discontinued, excess, etc.) and works with the Inventory team to recourse this inventory in a timely manner

·      Replenish product on shelves/racks and in back stock as required per guidelines

·      Organize and manage back stock daily

·      Process requests and route the right supplies to the required locations

·      Load/Unloads trucks as needed

·      Keeps work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years warehouse experience
• Comfortable using a computer (EPICOR ERP experience would be an asset)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 Lbs. and Is able to bend, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking & prioritization skills
