Order Fulfillment Clerk

Scope of the Position

The Order Fulfillment Clerk will be responsible for the picking and processing of orders and checking for any discrepancies for in and outbound material. This position is also responsible for the loading and unloading of regular shipments, which includes heavy lifting up to and including 50 lbs., and the use of any material handling equipment.

Major Responsibilities

  • Pick and process orders for our customers
  • Load and unload flatbed trailers
  • Clean and maintain your work area/warehouse/yard and machine
  • Stocking and organizing inventory
  • Use of RF scanner to prepare orders
  • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of material-handling equipment
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have a counterbalance forklift license
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Work well within a team
  • Experience with loading/unloading flat bed trucks an asset
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
